Cutting, stitching, seam sealing, testing and packing — all under one roof in Chibi, Hubei. We have been supplying distributors and marine brands since 2009.
XCTEXPRO started in 2009 as a small sewing workshop supplying domestic car-accessory shops. The turning point came in 2013, when a German distributor returned an entire container because the mirror pockets sat 15 mm off. We rebuilt the pattern room from scratch — investing in 3D scanning, CAD grading and a controlled sample archive.
Today that same discipline runs across 12 volume SKUs and dozens of private-label programmes. We still keep every approved pattern on file, so a reorder three years later fits exactly like the first shipment.
We are deliberately a manufacturer rather than a trading company: no subcontracted stitching, no swapped fabric grades, no surprises between the sample and the container.
Every stage has a documented checkpoint and a photo record attached to your order file.
Incoming rolls checked for width, weight and shade continuity. Pantone matching approved before cutting.
3D scan or CAD drawing, graded to each size, then a muslin test fit on a physical vehicle where possible.
CNC cutting tables with nesting software to control grain direction and minimise waste per roll.
Double- and triple-stitched stress points, bound edges, and fleece lining at contact areas.
Hot-air taped seams on all horizontal joins — the single biggest factor in real-world waterproofing.
Elastic hems, buckle straps, ventilation grommets, reflective strips and antenna patches fitted to spec.
AQL 2.5 inspection, measurement against the approved size chart, then private-label packing and carton drop test.
Commercial invoice, packing list, COO / FTA certificates, and FBA labels prepared by our in-house team.
Our claim rate on the 600D outdoor range sits below 0.4% across European and North American accounts. That number comes from catching defects early, not from replacing them later.
Every roll: weight, width, hydrostatic head and shade. Rejected rolls return to the mill.
First-off approval, then hourly stitch-density and seam-tape adhesion checks on each line.
Random sampling per carton, measurement against the approved chart, photo report issued to the buyer.
Carton drop test, barcode scan test, and container loading photos before the seal is applied.
