Frequently asked questions
The questions we answer on almost every first call — MOQ, sampling, materials, lead time, payment and warranty.
Orders & minimums
100 pcs per SKU for stock sizes and stock fabric colours, and 300 pcs per SKU for custom sizes, custom colours or private-label packaging.
Mixed colours inside one SKU are possible as long as the total reaches the MOQ. For a first trial order we can sometimes split an MOQ across two sizes — ask your account manager.
Yes. A mixed container is the normal way our distributors buy: car covers plus boat covers in one shipment. Each SKU must still meet its own MOQ, and we provide a per-carton packing list so your warehouse can receive it without re-sorting.
30% T/T deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy, or an irrevocable L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. Alibaba Trade Assurance is also accepted.
Prices are quoted FOB Shanghai by default. CIF and DDP terms are available on request.
Materials & performance
Our outdoor range is rated between 2,000 and 6,000 mm H₂O hydrostatic head, which resists sustained rain. All horizontal seams are hot-air taped — unsealed seams are the usual failure point on cheap covers, whatever the fabric claim.
Condensation is handled with ventilation grommets and breathable inner layers rather than by making the shell non-breathable.
Snow and frost: 4-layer composite or 600D ripstop — both pass ASTM D2136 cold-crack at −25 °C.
Desert and high UV: 600D solution-dyed polyester. Pigment is locked into the fibre, so colour-fastness holds far longer than surface-coated fabric.
Indoor or covered storage: 300D polyester is enough, and keeps the retail price point low.
Not when it is fitted correctly. Every cover in the range uses a soft inner layer at the roof and mirror pockets, and bound edges instead of exposed seams. Scratching usually comes from a loose cover moving in wind, so correct sizing and the buckle straps matter as much as the lining.
3 years against manufacturing defects on 600D and solution-dyed marine fabric, 2 years on 420D, and 1 year on 300D and 4-layer composite. It covers stitching, seam tape, hardware and coating delamination under normal outdoor use.
OEM / ODM & sampling
OEM puts your brand on our existing patterns: logo embroidery or print, custom colour, retail packaging, hangtag and barcode.
ODM develops a new pattern from a vehicle model list or hull drawing — including console cutouts, motor hoods, rod-holder access and flybridge enclosures. You approve a physical sample before bulk production.
7 days for a stock pattern with existing fabric, 10 days for a new colour, and 15 days for a new pattern built from a physical vehicle or hull.
Samples are charged at cost plus freight, and the sample fee is refunded against the first bulk order.
Yes, from 300 pcs per colour. We lab-dip and send a physical swatch for approval before cutting — screen colours are never used for approval because fabric dye lots shift.
Production & shipping
20–25 days for 100–500 pcs, 25–30 days for 500–2,000 pcs, and 30–40 days above 2,000 pcs. Peak season (July–October) adds roughly 5 days.
Sea freight to Europe or the US adds 25–35 days; air freight is 5–7 days for urgent sample or replenishment shipments.
Yes. We apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag with suffocation warning, insert cards and carton mark requirements to your spec. Send the Amazon label file with the purchase order and we handle the rest in-house.
Absolutely. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV or your own QC team) is welcome at any stage. We also issue our own photo report at first-off, mid-production and pre-shipment, whether or not you book an external inspector.

Send it with your model list and we will answer with a quotation rather than a brochure.
